Instructions for Receiving Channels on New Satellite Galaxy19
AON Moved to another Glorystar Satellite
AON network has moved to a new satellite.
If you own a Glorystar satellite dish with two LNBFs installed, only the receiver will need to be updated. If you own a single LNBF satellite dish, it must be reaimed for Galaxy19.

No channel programming is necessary.
If you are not receiving AON, verify Automatic Update feature is activated:
Using your GEOSATpro remote control, press Menu button
Left Arrow to Accessory Screen
Down Arrow to OTA
Press OK
Verify Automatic Update setting is ON
(if OFF, Press Right Arrow to ON)
Press Down Arrow to Update Now
Press OK
Screen displays" Do you want to update S/W?"
Press OK
After OTA update, the receiver will restart.
Press Menu button
Press VOL up button (the button that points to the right) three times to “UTILITY” menu
Press the Channel up button (the button that points to the up) to highlight “FACTORY DEFAULT”
Press OK button to display “ARE YOU SURE TO LOAD FACTORY DEFAULT?”
Press OK button to restart the receiver.
Press OK to select ENGLISH
Press OK to select GLORYSTAR
Press OK to select correct “TIMEZONE” then press OK
Press VOL up button to set “DAYLIGHT SAVINGS” ON or OFF
Press the Channel down button to highlight “NEXT”
Press OK button to display “CONNECT COAX CABLE” screen
Press orange Signal button to remove signal quality meter
Verify AON is once again showing on their channels
CaptiveWorks Satellite Reciver
Set up a small TV and the CaptiveWorks satellite receiver next to the satellite dish and turn on the power.
1. Press Menu button on the CaptiveWorks remote control to display the Setup Menu
2. Highlight Installation - Press OK
3. Highlight Factory Default - Press OK
4. Highlight All - Press OK
5. Press the Right Arrow button to choose YES - Press OK
6. Receiver will reset and display Set-up Wizard 1 /4, English is highlighted - Press OK
7. Set-up Wizard 2 /4 - English is highlighted - Press OK
8. Set-up Wizard 3 /4 - GMT is highlighted - Press OK
9. Set-up Wizard 4 /4 - Search Channel is highlighted - Press OK
10. Highlight Satellite Name and press the Right Arrow button to choose 33KU_Telestar 5 (97W)
11. Highlight Transponder and press OK button to display Transponder List.
12. Scroll to bottom of list to highlight New TP - Press OK
13. Highlight Frequency and use numeric buttons to enter 11842
14. Highlight Polarisation and press the Right Arrow button to choose HOR
15. Highlight Symbol rate and use the remote numeric buttons to enter 22000
16. Highlight FEC and press the Right Arrow button to choose Auto
17. Press OK to save the new transponder settings
18. Press OK a second time to return to Antenna Setting Screen
19. Highlight LNB Freq. and press the Right Arrow button to choose 10750
20. Go outside to the dish. Mark the current position of the dish on the mast pipe and the current elevation angle.
 Slightly loosen the bolts that secure the dish to the vertical mast pipe, move the satellite dish slightly to the left. Have someone else inside looking at the TV screen. On the left side of the screen you will see a “SIGNAL QUALITY” strength indication bar. When you are on the satellite you will get Signal Quality reading of at least 50%”. Move dish back and forth very slowly until you get the highest reading on the Green “Quality” bar.
21. You may have to adjust the elevation (up/down) to receive the new satellite. If you are in the central US or Canada, minimal or no elevation change will be necessary. If you are in the eastern part of the US or Canada, raise the dish approximately 2 degrees. If you are in the western part of the US or Canada, lower the dish approximately 2 degrees. Slightly loosen the bolts that lock the elevation angle and adjust. Once the green “Quality” bar is at the highest reading, tighten the dish mounting and elevation.
22. Slightly loosen the screws of the clamp that holds the LNBF. Slowly rotate the LNBF clockwise or counter clockwise to peak the green “Quality” bar. If you or an installer need the exact aiming coordinates for the satellite, please visit website http://www.GeoSatFinder.com.
23. Press the Blue button (TP (Transponder) Scan) on the CW600 remote control
24. If prompted with popup screen “ Do you want to search FTA Network? Highlight YES press OK, “Do you want to search FTA Channels?” Hihghlight YES press OK.
25. After the Channel Scan is complete, Highlight YES tpress OK save the channels.
26. Press Exit button multiple time to exit out of menus and view channels.
27. Several Channels will now be available. Select Apostolic Oneness Network to enjoy your favorite programs.
Fortec Star Mercury II - Glorystar Two LNBF sytem.
1. Tune your Fortec Star Mercury II receiver on TBN (Channel 2) and verify that programming is showing.
If programming is not showing on TBN (Channel 2) troubleshooting will be necessary before continuing this process.
2. Using your Fortec Star Mercury II remote control press “Menu” button to go to "Installation" screen and “ANTENNA SETUP” highlighted yellow.
3. Press the Channel down button twice to highlight “TP SCAN”
4. Press OK button to go to “TP SCAN” screen
5. Press the Channel down button to highlight “FREQUENCY”
6. Using the number buttons on the remote control enter 11842
7. Press Channel down button to highlight “POLARITY” and push the Volume up button (the button that points to the right) it should display “Horizontal”
8. Press Channel down to “SYMBOLRATE”
9. Using the number buttons on the remote control enter the numbers 22000
10. On the bottom of the screen you will see two bars, one says “SIGNAL LEVEL” and the other “SIGNAL QUALITY”. If the dish has been properly installed the Signal Quality reading will be at least 50%. If not, troubleshooting will be necessary before continuing this process. If you or an installer need the exact aiming coordinates for the satellite, please visit website http://www.GeoSatFinder.com.
11. Once you have the “Signal Quality” bar with the highest strength (at least 50%), press Yellow button to begin scan.
12. When Channel Scan is completed, pop up window displaying "Do you want to save?" with "Yes" highlighted Yellow.
13. Press OK button to save. Programming will automatically be displayed.
14. Please, note that the new channels will be on higher channel numbers.
GEOSATpro 1000ci - Glorystar 2 LNBF sytem.
1. Using your GEOSATpro DVR1000ci remote control place the receiver on the 3ABN channel
2. Press “Menu” button
3. Press the Channel down button (the button that points down) to highlight “INSTALLATION”
4. Press OK button to go to “PASSWORD” screen
5. Using the numbers buttons on the remote control enter 0000
6. Press the Channel down button to highlight “TP EDIT / SCAN”
7. Press OK button to display the “TP EDIT / SCAN” screen.
8. Press the Channel down button to highlight “TP DELETE” (verify TP frequency is 11822)
9. Press OK button and a window will pop up displaying “DO YOU WANT TO DELETE THIS TP?”
10. Press OK button
11. Verify TP frequency is now 11983. Press OK button and a window will pop up displaying “DO YOU WANT TO DELETE THIS TP?”
12. Press OK button
13. Verify TP frequency is now 12020. Press OK button and a window will pop up displaying “DO YOU WANT TO DELETE THIS TP?”
14. Press OK button
15. Press the Channel down button to highlight “SATELLTE NAME”
16. Press VOL up button (the button that points to the right) repeatedly until “IA-5/KU” is displayed
17. Press the Channel down button to highlight “TP FREQUENCY”
18. Using the numbers buttons on the remote control enter 11842
19. If necessary, press Channel down button to highlight “POLARIZATION” and press the VOL up button (the button that points to the right) it should display “Horizontal”
20. Press Channel down to “SYMBOL RATE”
21. With the number buttons on the remote control enter the numbers 22000
22. Press Channel down button to highlight “Scan” and push the VOL up button until “FREE ONLY” is displayed.
23. On the left side of the screen you will see a “SIGNAL QUALITY” strength indication bar. If the Glorystar “Dual LNBF” dish is correctly installed a level of at least 30% should be displayed. If not, troubleshooting will be necessary before continuing this process. If you or an installer need the exact aiming coordinates for the satellite, please visit website http://www.GeoSatFinder.com.
24. Once you have the signal quality bar with the highest strength, press OK button to enter the “CHANNEL SCANNING” screen.
25. When Channel Scan is completed, press Channel up or down button to highlight “AON” and press OK to view programming.
If your receiver is not listed here, please follow the instructions provided with your receiver on how to scan additional channels. Indicate the following:
Transponder Frequency: 11842, Polarity: Horisontal Signal Bit Rate: 22000 Now, scan in new AON channel.
